Privacy Policy

1. Who this policy is from

Elite Functional Health is a brand of Mihaly Fit LLC. EFH, we, us, and our refer to Elite Functional Health and Mihaly Fit LLC. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

2. What we collect

We collect three categories of information.

The first is identifying information: your name, email address, phone number, age, biological sex at birth, and the city and state from your lab requisition.

The second is health information: your symptoms, current medications, current supplements, stated goals, the date your labs were drawn, and the lab results you upload as screenshots or PDFs. These are sometimes called your protected health information.

The third is technical information: the IP address of the device used to sign the EFH disclaimer, the timestamp of every interaction with the site, your browser type, and basic interaction logs needed to operate the site.

3. Why we collect it

We collect this information for one reason: to deliver the EFH Bloodwork Review and any subsequent coaching service that you purchase from us. We use your identifying information to communicate with you. We use your health information to perform your review. We use your technical information to keep the site working and to maintain a clean audit trail of consent.

4. How we store lab data

All uploaded lab files are encrypted in transit and stored on encrypted cloud storage. Access is restricted to employees and contractors of Mihaly Fit LLC who are involved in producing your review. We do not store your raw lab files in our general databases. We store metadata only in our database and store the file bytes themselves in an access-controlled bucket.

5. SMS privacy

If you provide your phone number, we will send you operational text messages related to your review and any coaching engagement, such as draw reminders and appointment confirmations. We do not sell or share phone numbers with third parties for marketing purposes. Reply STOP to any message at any time to opt out entirely. Standard messaging rates may apply. SMS opt-in is required to use certain reminder features but is not required to purchase the review.

6. Third-party processors

We use a small number of trusted third-party processors. They are contractually bound to use your data only for the purpose of providing services to us.

Payment processing is handled by Whop. We never see or store your full payment card details. Email delivery is handled by a transactional email provider. Cloud hosting and encrypted storage are handled by enterprise cloud providers. Owner notifications about new submissions may be delivered to a private Slack channel that only the EFH team can access.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with marketing networks or data brokers.

7. Data retention

We retain your identifying information and health information for as long as is needed to provide your review and any subsequent coaching engagement, and for an additional retention period required for legitimate operational, legal, and tax reasons. You can request deletion at any time by messaging us on Instagram at @efhcoaching. We will honour deletion requests subject to any applicable legal retention obligations.

8. Your rights

You have the right to know what personal information we hold about you. You have the right to request a copy of that information. You have the right to ask us to correct inaccurate information. You have the right to ask us to delete your information.

To exercise any of these rights, message us on Instagram at @efhcoaching from the account associated with your email on file. We will respond within a reasonable time.

9. Children

EFH is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, contact support and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy over time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new last-updated date. Your continued use of the site after a change is your acceptance of the updated policy.
